We offer a 1-year warranty on all repairs (parts and labor), ensuring your device is protected against defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover any physical or water damage.
Our pre-owned devices come with a 30-day warranty against defects. If an issue arises, we will exchange your device for the same model, ensuring you have a working device.
We accept returns on unopened accessories within 14 days of purchase. Pre-owned devices may be returned within 14 days but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that all repairs and replacement part sales are final.
