By using Express Mobile Techs’ services, including our website, repair services, and SMS program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Express Mobile Techs provides repair services for electronic devices, subject to availability and assessment.
Repairs are warranted for 90 days against defects in workmanship or parts.

SMS Program

By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS for repair updates, appointment reminders, and promotions.
Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for support.
Message frequency varies based on repair status or promotions.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay may result in retention of your device until payment is received.

Liability

Express Mobile Techs is not liable for data loss during repairs. Back up your device before service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not covered by the repair.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service for non-compliance with these terms.
