How does AKKO work?+

If your device is damaged, you file a claim directly with AKKO first — it's quick and easy. Once AKKO approves it, you bring the device to Express Mobile Techs and we start work right away. Most phones are back in your hands in a couple of hours; iPads typically take 1–2 business days and laptops or computers 2–5 business days, depending on the repair.

You can cancel your AppleCare or cellular protection plan and switch to AKKO. Ask us in store and we'll walk you through it.
